Cat Parks is a prominent horsewoman, business leader, and influential figure in Texas politics. As owner of The Trinity Ranch, Cat manages multi-million dollar ranch operations in Texas and New Mexico and passionately serves on the Board of Directors of the Brazos River Authority, overseeing the development and conservation of one of the state’s largest river basins.
Cat began her political career as rural County Chair and quickly rose to lead statewide candidate recruitment- from Constable through Congressional level- training over 2,500 conservative candidates and activists. Her efforts earned her the Steve Munisteri Award for making the greatest impact on Texas grassroots politics.
From 2020 to 2022, Cat served as Vice Chair of the Republican Party of Texas, where she played a key role in strengthening conservative influence in South Texas, helping flip 13 Commissioner courts from Democrat to Republican. Believing strongly in the importance of down ballot races, she backed initiatives encouraging the Texas GOP to throw its support behind "non-partisan" municipal and school board races.
In the 2023-2024 electoral cycle, Cat led a $5M strategic initiative that helped secure historic electoral victories: an 11+ point record turnout of 55% of Texas Hispanics voting Republican. Her work has been recognized by the Governor, Lt. Governor, and Speaker for helping Republicans across the state.
Cat is a dedicated advocate for youth development, finding and mentoring future leaders, and community stewardship. Her 15-year-old son, Pierce is a World Champion equestrian and avid outdoorsman.
